Welcome! Your first session begins with a brief consultation where we discuss your health history, any areas of concern, and your goals for the session. You'll then undress to your comfort level in private and lie on a heated massage table under professional draping. During the massage, only the area being worked on is uncovered. We check in with you on pressure and comfort throughout. After the session, we'll give you a few minutes to ease back, offer water, and share any self-care recommendations.
You undress to your level of comfort — most clients undress completely or leave on underwear. You'll be professionally draped with soft linens throughout the session, with only the area being massaged exposed. Your privacy and comfort are always respected. Avoid heavy jewelry, and wear something comfortable and easy to change into for your session.
Just clear a roughly 2m × 3m (6.5ft × 10ft) area for the massage table — a living room, bedroom, or even a spacious hotel room works perfectly. We bring everything else: professional massage table, fresh linens, oils, aromatherapy diffuser, and calming music. Having a power outlet nearby is helpful. That's it!
We offer 60-minute, 90-minute, and 120-minute sessions. For first-timers, 60 minutes is perfect to experience the benefits without being overwhelmed. 90 minutes allows deeper work on multiple areas. 120 minutes is the ultimate full-body experience. We'll help you choose the right duration during booking.
Absolutely. Please let us know about any injuries, medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies (especially to oils), pregnancy, areas of pain or sensitivity, and your preferred pressure level. This helps us tailor the session to be both safe and effective for you. All information shared is strictly confidential.
It's normal to feel some mild muscle tenderness for 24–48 hours after deeper work, similar to a good workout. Swedish and relaxation massages rarely cause soreness. Drinking plenty of water after your session helps flush out toxins and minimizes any discomfort. If you're concerned, we can adjust pressure — it's your session, and communication is always welcome.

Nairobi & Suburbs
Standard rates apply within all Nairobi zones. No travel surcharge. Response within 60–90 minutes for last-minute bookings, subject to availability.
Out of Nairobi
Travel fee applies based on distance. Minimum 90-minute booking required. 48 hours advance notice preferred. Available for Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Naivasha, Nanyuki, and other regions.
Extended Stays
For locations requiring overnight stays or multi-day bookings (e.g., safari lodges, private retreats), accommodation and per diem are added. Ideal for hotels, lodges, and corporate wellness retreats.
